This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number DTRA02-99-Q-0032 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The Standard Industrial Code is 3825 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for a fixed-price contract for the following: CLIN 001: 1GHz Digitizing Modules (8 channels), with Option C-5, and Option R-5, 2 each; CLIN 002: 250MHz Digitizing Modules (8 channels), with Option C-5, and Option R-5, 2 each; CLIN 003: VXI Mainframe, 1 each; CLIN 004: VXI Interface Kits, 1 each; CLIN 005: Five year calibration service for CLINs 001 thru 004; CLIN 006: Five year warranty for CLINs 001 thru 004; CLIN 007: All units shall come complete with Owner's Service Manuals containing operating instructions, maintenance information, and programming references and complete specifications.
