This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The following Temescal products or equal are to be cquired:Item 1. 2 ea. new style gun indexer for BJD 1800 Electron Beam Evaporator. Item 2. 2 ea. high performance emitter upgrade kit for BJD 1800 Electron Beam Evaporator. Item 3. 2 ea. 6-pocket upgrade kit for BJD 1800 Electron Beam Evaporator. Item 4. 1 ea.TP-8-18 tripod stand assembly for BJD 1800 Electron Beam Evaporator. Item 5. 1 ea. TP-8-18 dome to mount to tripod stand assembley for BJD 1800 Electron Beam evaporator for lift-off with 3 inch wafers. Item 6. 2 ea. blank resistor and capacitor pcboards for sweep power supply in the BJD 1800 electron beam evaporator. Item 7. 2 ea. 18 inch bell jar o-rings for BJD 1800 Electron Beam Evaporator. Item 8. 1 ea. crystal feed thru for BJD Electron Beam Evaporator. Item 9. 1 ea.crystal head for BJD 1800 Electron Beam Evaporator. Item 10. 1 ea. Microdot cable for crystal head on Electron Beam Evaporator. Item 11. 1 ea. Crystal feed thru to length for connection on evaporator. Item 12. 1 ea. Electron beam power supply CV-6S to replace power supply on BJD 1800 Electron Beam Evaporator. THE SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS FOR EQUAL PRODUCTS FOR EACH OF THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE ARE TO MEET THE FORM, FIT AND FUNCTION OF THE TEMESCAL BJD-1800 ELECTRON BEAM EVAPORATOR. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-07. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 3823 and 500, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to GRC is required within 50 days ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Quotations for the items(s) described above may be mailed or faxed to the identified point of contact or bid distribution office, by the date/time specified and include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative.
