Note 2 The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command required services to support the identification, development and transition to production of C4ISR/Acquisition reform technologies for the Navy. The services are categorized into the following five areas: Modeling and Simulation (C4I), Modeling and Simulation (C2), Naval Simulation Systems, Advanced Concepts and Technologies, and Operational Experimentation. These services will include, but not be limited to the following tasks: (1)Test and Evaluation, (2)Modeling and Simulation, (3)System Engineering and Technology Assistance (SETA), (4)Prototype Development, (5) Analysis of Operational Concepts for Advanced Technology.
