"Shan" Clark, Contracting Officer, shan.clark@gsa.gov. a)Immediate replacement of lamp in existing Hughes Model 320 auditorium projector with a refurbished assembly; b)Provide one (1) new lamp assembly for immediate replacement availability; c)Adjust and realign projector; d)Test, evaluate integrity and replace as necessary, all existing Video, RGB,RGBS/RGBHV cabling interfacing between the Hughes projector and the existing input sources; e)Include/Install 1 Long Line Peaking Amplifier and Sync Stripper. Reassemble (clean-up) all cabling located below the stage area, to prevent further deterioration/damage; f)A 1 year Maintenance contract that provides 4 additional quarterly Preventive Maintenance calls for normal required/recommended adjustments and alignment of the Hughes projector, and additionally "labor" for any repairs on the projector would be covered during the term of the contract; g)Any parts required for repair of the projector would be identified for approval prior to ordering/installing; h)Replace existing lectern with custom lectern that willhouse all equipment, provide separately securable doors, provide appropriate slide out drawers, and simplify operability.
