The contractor shall develop replacement Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs) for the Radar Antenna-Receiver (P/N 2964749-1) and Programmer Power Supply (P/N 2060001-3) to eliminate obsolete or not readily procurable components. The contractor shall redesign the following SRUs: Aximuth Gearbox Assy (P/N 2964659-1); Aximuth Servo Amplifier (P/N 605247-2); Branched Wiring Harness Assy (P/N 746577-1); & Antenna-Receiver Test Panel (P/N 608526-2). Option to develop replacements for Radar Fault Locator Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) (P/N 600093-1) & Ku-Band Magnetron SRU (P/N 578805-1). The Service Life Extension Program will consist of two phases: the Engineering and Manufacturing Development Phase for design modification and testing of proof-of-concept prototype hardware; and the Production & Deployment Phase for production of modification kits to support field modifications of the associated LRU.
