The Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport has a requirement for installation of dormitory furniture at a new BEQ facility located at Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA. This facility is comprised of five (5) individual barracks buildings. Each building will house 92 individual sleeping rooms, making a total of 460 individual sleeping rooms. This project will require phased installation with each building being opened separately. The estimated building occupancy dates are: 25JUN99, 23JUL99, 20AUG99, 17SEP99, and 15OCT99. Tasks to include meeting trucks shipped from the factory and offloading, staging, unpacking, assembly as necessary, and placement of furniture in rooms. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The standard classification code is 7389, small business size standard is $5 million.
