FAX (757) 396-7176 Provide services to transport and dispose of
approximately 2,000 tons of concrete contaminated with lead to a
Subtitle "C" landfill. The concrete will be removed from the former
Charleston Navy Yard, Charleston, SC. The Subtitle "C" landfill must be
licensed per all applicable state, federal and local requirements. The
Government will provide all labor and equipment to load trucks.
Contractor will be required to work 12 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Work to start on or about July 6, 1999 and will last approximately 28
days. Solicitation will be available on or about May 5, 1999 on the
