The HUD Philadelphia Homeownership Center is seeking the services of a closing agent to conduct settlements on HUD-owned properties located within the District of Columbia. The contractor must maintain facilities which provide reasonably convenient service to HUD and its clients in the area to be served. The contract shall be for a one year period.
