The requirement entails experience in the field of industrial psychology, reviewing the 1997 job analysis to determine those job knowledges to be tested by the new examination, design the new examination and link it to the job analysis, and develop specific questions. Other tasks include demonstrating the content validity of the proposed examination, administering a pilot test, and writing a study guide.
