COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF MAY 7,1999 PSA#2341

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR LAND APPRAISAL SERVICES ALONG THE APPALACHIAN TRAIL IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the National Park Service (NPS) intends to enter into a non-competitive contract to purchase appraisal services for the Appalachian Trail Land Acquisition Field Office (ATLAFO). Bowers within 30 days after the publication of this notice. However, all information received by this agency shall be considered. A determination not to open the requirement to competition based on responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the agency.
