SUBCONTRACTOR FORUM The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of National Contract Management Association is pleased to present a SUBCONTRACTOR forum on Tuesday, May 11, 1999 at Dave and Buster's of Philadelphia. Join representatives from the government (DCMC -- SBA), Prime Contractors (SmithKline Beecham -- Boeing) and Small Business (AS & T) as they share their thoughts and experience on sub-contracting, small businesses, problems and successes.
