The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, equipment and materials necessary to provide grounds maintenance services in accordance with the requirements of the specification. The services to be provided include cutting grass, edging, collection/disposal of litter/trash, vegetation cutting/removals, underbrusing, grassing, sodding, erosion control, tree (deciduous/palmaceous) and shrub pruning, tree/stump removals, irrigation, drainage, fitness trail stations, sidewalk/walkways/curbs/gutters maintenance, cultivation seeding, and other miscellaneous services as describe in the specification. The use of herbicides to accomplish certain grounds maintenance functions may be permitted if approved by the Contracting Officer and it is in accordance with provisions covered in the specification. This solicitation when awarded is for a Base and four option periods. Price range of this procurementis $1MIL to $2.5MIL.
