The minimum needs of the government are as follows: Item 1: Rent the following equipment for the period 17 May 1999 through 30 Jun 1999 with possible extentions through 30 Aug 1999. Daily, Weekly and Monthly pricing sought along with applicable per mile or hourly charges for all equipment. A delivery charge, if any to also be provided for each piece of equipment covering to and from 800A Hospital Drive, Gallup, NM. The minimum needs of the government are as follows: Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001: one (1) Motor Grader with 12' board, John Deere 570B or equal. CLIN 0002: five (5) 14 yard (minimum) Dump Trucks. CLIN 0003: two (2) five yard Wheel Loaders, John Deere 744E or equal. CLIN 0004: one (1) rubber tire Backhoe with _ size bucket, Case 580L or equal. CLIN 0005: one (1) 4 WD pickup 12 ton. CLIN 0006: one (1) 84" pad foot (sheep's foot) Roller, Ingersoll-Rand SD100FB or equal. CLIN 0007: two (2) one ton 15 passenger vans. Item 2: Rent the following equipment for the period 31 May 1999 through 30 Jun1999 with possible extensions through 30 Aug 1999. Daily, Weekly and Monthly pricing is sought along with applicable per mile or hourly charges for all equipment. A delivery charge, if any to also be provided for each piece of equipment covering to and from 800A Hospital Drive, Gallup, NM. The minimum needs of the government are as follows: CLIN 0001: nine (9) 14 yard (minimum) Dump Trucks. CLIN 0002: one (1) Long Track Dozer, John Deere 750BLT or equal. CLIN 0003: one (1) 4000 gallon water truck. CLIN 0004: one (1) 84" smooth drum roller, Ingersoll-Rand SD100D or equal. Rental to include maintenance: Maintenance Requirements: Maintenance covering all minor and major repairs is to be provided by contractor(s) at no additional cost to the Government during rental period. The personnel operating the equipment will lubricate and change oil and oil filters of the equipment as prescribed by the contractor(s). However, all lubricants, fluids and filters are to be provided by the contractor(s). It will be left to the contractor(s) discretion whether to repair the equipment on site or taken back to their repair facility, but ether repairs must be made or equipment replaced within 24 hours of notification. Towing or recovery of broken vehicles to be included at no additional cost. Delivery date: Item 1 delivery will be 17 May 1999.
