UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: (1) A minimum of 46 parking spaces are required to be available on site or within one block. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. All space should be contiguous on one floor. Space should be highly visible and have easy access. Regularly scheduled (throughout the day) public transportation must be available within 600 feet.
