15(1), CLOVER THREE CREEK BRIDGE, BLM Boise District, Owyhee County,
Idaho. Project is approximately 0.600 km in length and consists of the
removal of an existing 9.6 meter long bridge and weir structure, and
the construction of a new sheet pile box weir with 4 concrete box
culverts. This work includes stream diversion, irrigation culverts with
headgates, cast in place concrete, and grading and placing surfacing
aggregates. A temporary detour will be constructed. Project includes:
construction survey & staking; contractor sampling & testing;
construction schedules; clearing & grubbing; removal of structures &
obstructions; 300 meter silt fence; 600 cu meter watering for dust
control; 2,000 cu meter excavation & embankment; 200 sq meter earthwork
geotextiles; 120 cu meter structure excavation; 500 sq meter roadway
obliteration; 1,500 metric ton minor crushed aggregate; 500 sq meter
sheet pile; 50 cu meter structural concrete; 2,700 kg reinforcing
steel; 4 each 2,700 mm x 1,500 mm precast concrete box culverts; 220
meter culverts; 45 meter guardrail; 140 meter remove & reinstall
existing fence with gate; 3,600 sq meter topsoil; 8 slry units turf
establishment; 750 flagger hrs; and other smaller items of work.
Project is located approximately 63 km SE of Bruneau, Idaho. Work shall
be completed by 12/10/99. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and
$1,000,000. Presolicitation Notices are being provided to firms on this
agency's mailing list concurrently with the publication of this

Transportation (DOT), offers working capital financing and bonding
assistance for transportation related contracts. DOT's Bonding
