Work is to include building a raised wood deck, shade trellis, 2 sets of steps and a ramp for the physically challenged. Saw cut a section of concrete sidewalk and remove. Install 1 concrete slab for step landing, and install concrete section for beginning of ramp. The Trellis shall be cost estimated separately from the main deck. A general contractor, who has 2 years experience in the construction of wood decks, shall perform the work. The SIC code is 1751 and the size standard is $7.0 Million. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 30 days. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used and100% of this project is set-aside for small business. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in the south city of St. Louis.
