This work consists of revisions to the Centre Street Junction Structure at Quincy, MA. This structure is part of the Town Brook system. Remove existing reinforced concrete and twin 20" ductile iron pipe invert sections at the Centre Street Junction Structure. Replace with two new prefabricated metal trough sections. The work includes mobilization, traffic control (including police detail), water control/diversion, sawcutting, demolition, steel trough fabrication, welding of trough sections in place, grouting and miscellaneous minor steel and site work. Estimated cost of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Plans and Specifications will be available at no cost on or about 05/27/99.
