The Government rescinds the statement " Sources on QPL 6645 will need to re-qualify unless evidence of successful production and acceptance of the T-10-R, P/N 62C 4317-10, parachute, within the last two years, is documented." Replace with "All sources intending to submit a proposal will need to submit a qualification sample." In order to receive the Technical Data contractors must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Statement and Letter of Intent(due on or before May 14, 1999).
