This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DTCG38-99-Q-200036 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3728. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition has been designated as unrestricted. These items are utilized on the HH65A helicopter. Manufacturer's CAGE code numbers are furnished in parentheses. Item (1) NSN 4820-14-383-6671, CHECK VALVE, P/N 986C10-2 (F0210) quantity required: 27 each; Item (2) NSN 4820-14-485-3350, VALVE,NON-RETURN, P/N L95M06-201, (F0210) quantity required: 25 each. Item (1) is to be delivered no later than May 6, 2000, Item (2) is to be delivered no later than June 25, 2000 to the USCG Aircraft Repair & Supply Center, Receiving Section, Bldg. 63, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001. Earlier deliveries will be accepted. Delivery shall be F.O.B. destination with final inspection and acceptance at destination.
