Origin with deliveries of 27 each to New Cumberland Army Depot, New Cumberland, PA, 54 each to Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX, and 25 each to Stockton Army Depot, Stockton, CA. First Article Testing (FAT) is required. The FAT Test Report is due 408 days after contract award. The required delivery is 20 each 750 days after date of contract award.and 20 each per month thereafter. When FAT is waived the required delivery is 20 each 390 days after contract award and 20 each per month thereafter.Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1). The proposed contractual action is for supplies which cannot be procured through full and open competition because the authority cited states only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1.
