This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared
in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and
written solicitation will not be issued. F4165299T0243 is issued as a
Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated
provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 97-04. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% small
business set aside. Line Item 0001, Qty 2 ea, Chillers: voltage
460/60/3ph, size: 100 tons, chiller type series _R_, rotary liquid
air-cooled packaged unit, salient characteristics are as follows: Twin
Helical rotary compressors (screw) R-22 refrigerant, adaptive control
microprocessor, logic panel with clear language display with
capabilities for: remote display module, current limit setpoint,
current overload lockout, chilled water temperature reset, low
ambientstart capability, low ambient lockout, phase imbalance and
reversal protection, low refrigerant temperature and pressure lockout,
and oil failure protection, 2 refrigerant circuits, maximum physical
size of unit must not exceed 16_6_ length, 7_6_ height, and 7_6_ width
