(iv) The Internal Revenue Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NetFUSION, 352 Hungerford Drive, Rockville, MD to acquire additional copies of Athene/UNIX Performance and Capability Management System which includes control center, sentinel, explorer, analyst, planner, and forty-six (46) Athene Acquires Agents to work with the existing Athene software. The Athene/UNIX is a comprehensive performance management product that covers the entire spectrum of data collection, data warehousing, performance alerting, performance analysis, modeling, capacity planning, and detail long term statitstical analysis including trending and cross system analysis. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 7372, and the small business size standard for that SIC is $18 million. (iv) The provision at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (v) DPAS and related rating is not applicable to this acquisition.
