In addition, subject acquisition will not be evaluated and awarded using FAR, part 15, but instead will evaluated and awarded using the special simplified acquisition procedures as set forth in FAR, part 13.5. Also, a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order and not a firm fixed price contract will be the result of this acquisition effort. Finally, the estimated start date for services to begin under this requirement is changed from 1 August 99 to 1 July 99.There are no other changes to synopsis # 325766.
