The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) will issue a commercial item solicitation for on-going training courses in Java programming and other related technologies. A contract for these training courses will be awarded to one or more Sun Authorized Java Centers or Sun Authorized Training Centers who can provide courses instructed by Java certified instructors. All training shall be held in Parkersburg, West Virginia. BPD is planning to make multiple awards of indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity type contracts with firm-fixed-price task orders. The period of performance of these contracts will be for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods.
