Project involves the rental of twenty (20) golf carts for the Fourth of July Independence Day Celebration on the National Mall, Washington, D.C. The rental period will begin on July, 1, 1999 and extend through July 4, 1999, with golf carts being picked up on July 5, 1999. All golf carts shall be gas powered, with cargo beds and covered cabs. All carts shall be delivered with full gas tanks and be fully operational. It is required that all golf carts be inspected by the vendor's service department prior to delivery and must arrive in a safe, clean and operable condition.
