Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services and supervision necessary to perform roofing maintenance & repair, or replacement at facilities located at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to testing, maintenance and repair of various roofing systems. The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type. The contract term will be a twelve (12) month basic year, with four (4) twelve month option years to be exercised at the Governments option. Specific requirements for each job will be identified in individual delivery orders as issued by the Government under this contract. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the _Best Value_ to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. The Magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov./. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation and planholder list. No telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package and planholder list will be honored.
