The U.S. Army, TACOM-ARDEC is seeking sources who can respond to a Request For Proposal (RFP) with experience and facilities to provide M702 Ignition Cartridges in support of 60mm Mortar Program requirements. The requirement is anticipated to consist of a basic contract award for approximately 47,655 cartridges with 100% option. Delivery is anticipated to be required 10-15 months from date of award. Experience must include but is not limited to production and environmental engineering, test and evaluation, product assurance, and program management with similar ignition cartridges. Facilities must be capable of handling explosive with a hazard classification of 1.3 unpacked and 1.4G Class C packed. Interested firms should provide at no cost to the government, descriptive literature to substantiate the firms ability to meet all of the above requirements within fifteen days of this publication by email to rchuchwa@pica.army.mil.
