This Market Survey is modified as follows: This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources to manufacture Diesel Engine, NSN: 2815-01-350-2205. The proposed acquisition is for seventy seven (77) Diesel Engines. This item is source controlled and is manufactured in accordance with specifications in source controlled drawing 88-21030. Therefore, competition will be restricted to approved manufacturers. The Army does not possess the necessary hardware and documentation to enable another contractor to provide the necessary service. The one company known by the Government that can provide, diesel engines is Onan Corp., sub of Cummins Engine, Inc. of Minneapolis, MN 55432-3397. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
