63 -- MOBILE, PORTABLE, SURVEILLANCE PLATFORMS SOL TIRNO-99-Q-00151 DUE 052799 POC Contract Specialist, Janice Spady, 202-283-1162 The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Innovative Surveillance Technology, Coral Springs, FL. The background of this project: Treasury Inspector General For Tax Administration (TIGTA) Office of Investigations-Technical and Forensic Division Technical Services requires the Acquisition of portable, video, and communication equipment. Tne equipment consist of two (2) mobile surveillance platform camper top modules with single equipment and electric heat: Model 1st Seeker I. These platforms must be fully self contained so that our special agents can conduct a surveillance investigation on a 24 hour around the clock basis. The platforms should be transferable from one full size bed pickup truck to another in a matter of minutes. The interior must accommodate a large work counter for a lap top computer and also include an equipment cabinet to house all surveillance electronics. An equipment cabinet is also incorporated to house all surveillance equipment. All electrical wiring must be encased in flexible steel conduits to include all video, audio, and antenna runs. The electrical system needs to be controlled from an easy to operate panel which includes digital volt and AMP meters, 24 hour military clock, 12VDC cigarette power outlets and sixteen switchable fused circuits for system protection. We also require four concealed electronic microphones installed at each corner of the module for the special agent's safety. Equipment storage will be located under a split bench seat. Audio/video/Communications equipment will be provided by the contractor to be included in the platform at time of delivery. Once awarded, delivery will take place within 30 days after receipt of award. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concern. The Standard Industrial Classification is 7382, size standard is $9.0 mil.
