The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a request for a Portable Transformer Fault Gas Analyzer, such as a Morgan Schaffer Model TFGA-P200 or equal, with the following salient characteristics: Maximum of 40 pounds in weight, Maximum dimensions -- 10" thick x 15" wide x 20" long, must provide readouts of all six transformer gases (with the following or better accuracies: Hydrogen +6 ppm dissolved in oil, Methane +3 ppm, Carbon Monoxide +3 ppm, Carbon Dioxide +3 ppm, Ethylene +3 ppm, Ethane +3 ppm, Acetylene +3 ppm) ; Repeatability -- must be +2 percent at constant temperature and pressure. The product's Following accessories are to be furnished with the gas analyzer and the cost for such accessories shall be included in the price of the gas analyzer ; Power supply: Rechargeable battery with batteries and charger supplied; Test gas for calibration; Five sample syringes for oil samples; Two copies of all manufacture's documentation, including instruction manuals; Any special tools for field calibration or adjustment should be included. Also included, but separately priced, are Carrying Case; extended Parts and Labor Warrantee for 6 months; Training for one Government employee on the use and functions of the gas analyzer. The training will occur "as soon as possible" after delivery of the analyzer. The Government will bear all costs of travel and per diem associated with sending this employee to receive the training.. The delivery date for the completed purchase order will be 90 days after receipt of award; the gas analyzer will be delivered within 60 days; and the FOB delivery and acceptance point is Denver, CO.
