This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: image intensifier tubes with the following specifications: photoresponse options ranging from 1000-1800 uA/Im; resolution in the 45-64 Ip/mm range; signal-to-noise ratio options ranging from 16.2-21; sensitive to the Near IR range; automatic gain control; extended operational life (10,000 hrs.)
