Ruggeri, Contracting Officer, (559) 784-1500 ext 1240 The Forest Service proposes to procure on a sole source basis a site license, installation, database set-up, orientation, and training for "WILDCAD" from Bighorn Information Systems. The following options will be included in this contract: Technical and on-line support for 4 additional years, Upgrade/Enhancements to Site License for up to 4 years, an automated resource ordering interface, windows CAD and GPS interface utilizing regional APRS program, incorporate GIS mapping layers, generate runcards from existing master, WINCAD interface, report writing, installation of cross-street directories, ability to have other ECC's retrieve CAD database, interface CAD with ALDS, interface CAD with Arcview, interface CAD with 911, develop local phone directory, automate 5100-226 form, incorporate relative form to the type of incident, interface CAD and CLETS, incorporate EERA, facility, meal agreements, and interface real-time software with CAD. This acquisition is subject to RTA approval and is subject to the availability of funds. Installation, database set-up, orientation, and training of site license to occur within 30 days after award of the contract. Options for technical/on-line support and upgrade/enhancements will be exercised 1 year after date of contract and 1 year thereafter exercise of each option.
