99 -- ON-SITE DRUG TESTING LABORATORIES -- SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT SOL 99-5112 POC Millie Raby (202) 502-1332 The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) will be soliciting for proposals to provide equipment, immunoassay reagents, controls, calibrators, and a data management system for the purpose of operating onsite drug testing laboratories. The AOUSC intends to award one contract to provide immunoassay reagents and other testing supplies. The contractor will provide the necessary equipment for each individual Probation/Pretrial Services Office which currently leases its equipment, who is approved by the AOUSC to upgrade existing equipment. Reagents will be needed for the six most common substances of abuse by defendants/offenders in the United States Probation and Pretrials Services System: cannabinoids, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine, amphetamines, and benzodiazepines. The yearly estimated number of tests for this solicitation is $390,000. This will be a five (5) year contract with one (1) base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods.
