AMENDMENTS TO PRDA NO. 99-DE01 Amendment 1: Paragraph C-PROPOSAL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS, of the PRDA 99-DE01, electronically published on 27 Apr 99, should be changed as follows: The precis (executive summary) is due 28 May 99. The Government review may take up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the precis. Following this review, the Government will issue a formal request, via Email, for a "white paper" to selected offerors who submitted a precis.
