Selection of the firm is to be based upon recent specialized experience and professional qualifications of staff and/or consultants assigned the project. Area of consideration is restricted to a 250-mile radius from the City of Pensacola, Florida. Estimated construction cost range of the project: $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
