The Department's current SpectraFax system is not Y2K compliant. This automated, computer-based, high-capacity system is required to support these offices' missions. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties should submit a capability statement along with price quotes for the above upgrade, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
