ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL UNITS (AIR CONDITIONERS) The U.S. Army Communications -- Electronics Command (CECOM) plans to conduct a Government/Industry conference on Environmental Control Units (ECU) August 26, 1999 at Fort Belvoir, VA.
