Rewiring of hangar door operator electrical circuits to emergency generator. The contractor to provide emergency generator. Conversion of the existing animal protein fire protection system to water deluge system. Repair of ceiling mounted draft curtains. Installation of fall protection, reinforced concrete jacking pads, and utility trenches. Selective changes to facility include electrical, lighting, fire alarm, floor drainage and wash water systems and seismic upgrades. Demolition includes asbestos removal. Optional items include: Upgrading fire protection system to AFFF, painting the hangar floor, and painting the CMU block wall. AVAILABILITY: This Solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or about 14 June 1999 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. EBS CD-ROM disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted.
