Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center Facility for male and female federal offenders. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Fairbanks, Alaska area. An estimated number of inmate days are 2,190 for the base period, 1,095 inmate days for option year one, 1,095 inmate days for option year two, and 1,095 inmate days for option year three (66% male/44% female). Estimated RFP issue date is June 7, 1999, estimated closing date is August 6, 1999. Contract base period is two years with three one-year option years to renew.
