Work shall also include new enclosures, transfer switch, block heaters, battery charger, battery exhaust system and complete fault detection systems, electrical service/connections, ect. Equipment, if installed outside, shall have weatherproof enclosures. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisistion is issued pusuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1711 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the precedding three fiscial years must not exceed $7 million.
