S -- - NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIAGE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH TH OREGON DEPT. OF FISH & WILDLIFE. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife (ODFW) for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Purpose of contract is to conduct a study entitled "Development of a Conceptual Model to Assess the Influence of Recovery and Resilience of Salmon Populations in the Columbia River." The NMFS has submitted a proposal to the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) to conduct subject study. NMFS has named ODFW as one of its subcontractors under this prime contract based on ODFW's qualifications and expertise in estuarine research on the Columbia River.
