The contractor shall furnish all personnel, uniforms, identification bages, health examinations, and nutrition training in performance of the services. Specific tasks for Full Food Service and Dining Facility attendant Service include, but not limited to, menu planning, receiving and storage of subsistence, food preparation, food serving, self service, cashier, administration, dining room service, floor cleaning, dishwashing, pot and pan cleaning, equipment cleaning and sanitizing. The contract period will be a base year with four one-year options as required by Solicitation Number DAHA70-99-R-0006. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a firm-fixed price requirements, with price adjustment requirements type contract. This procurement is solicited by using a Request for Proposal, commercial item process,FAR Part 12 and Part 15. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 5812, with a size standard of $15 million. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business Concerns.
