Design and construct three (3) separate Focus Test Sites which include concrete pads, access roads, utilities, and two elevated 208.8 meter (2,250 square foot) Control Buildings. The Control Buildings are to be constructed on prestressed concrete piles with an exterior concrete masonry unit and exterior finish wall system, and a standing seam metal roof. Utilities and sitework at the site without a new Control Building will be installed around an existing control building. Utilities and sitework at one site will be designed and constructed to serve a separately designed and constructed 300 foot tower. Unrestricted.
