The National Park Service, Department of the Interior, is soliciting proposals from construction firms having the capability to perform the work described below. A negotiated firm-fixed price contract will be awarded, requiring submission of both a technical and a price proposal. The Government will consider an offeror's technical capability in comparison to its price. The work of this contract consists of the general construction and replacement of water and sewer utilities. The project includes installing a new variable grade sewer system from the campground; replacing water transmission and distribution lines; replacing gravity sewer collection system; installing a new sewage lift station and force main in the maintenance area; drilling a new potable water well; building a well house; and constructing a pump/chlorination/valving building at the storage tanks. -- All requests for project documents must be made in writing.
