The Naval Air Warefare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to enter into sole negotiations with Olympus America, Inc., Industrial. The required items are Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS)Non-Developmental items (NDI) from Olympus America Inc. The items are in support of Peculiar Support Equipment required to support flight test, operational evaluation and testing of the V-22 EMD aircraft at Pax River Maryland and Organizational Level maintenance of the MV-22 at VMM-264 Squadron. The V-22 Measurement Kit Olympus P/N V22SCKIT includes: Olympus System Case Model, Camera Control Units, Digital Store & Measure System, LCD Monitor, Olympus Cable Set, Portable DC Power Supply, "C" Mount CCTV Adapter, Camera Control Units Model OTC-6N, Camera Control Units Model IV-6A & Olympus Image Exchange Software. Delivery required by 30 August 1999. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items, quanity two (2) each, under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the right to the V-22 Measurement Kit. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
