This notice constitutes an amendment to Solicitation No. DAAH17-99-Q-0102 for the Upgrade of ASRS-PLUS System at Building 370, Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation change is applicable only to offerors that submitted proposals in response to the original solicitation. CBD notice dated 7 April 1999 stipulated that "Only one contractor will be selected for award." This provision of the combined notice/solicitation is hereby changed to read "Paragraph (h) of Clause 52.212-1 "Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items" will be applied to this procurement." Paragraph 2 of the "Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items" is therefore hereby deleted. Pricing changes to the price proposals submitted resultant of this change will be accepted through 4:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Wednesday, 19 May 1999. Such revisions to price proposals may be provided in hardcopy, datafax to Fax No. (717) 267-9834, or e-mail to bearnest@emh1.lead.army.mil. The late proposal stipulations of the original solicitation apply to any response to this amendment. The absence of a revised price proposal will be considered to be the offeror's election to stand upon the original pricing despite the allowance for multiple awards under the solicitation.
