(b)Work shall be done in the state of Ohio in order not to counter the prohibitions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act Concerning interstate transport ofdiagnostic reagents. (c) The contractor shall be a Diplomate of the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology (Board certified allergist). (d) The contractor shall gain Institutional Review board approval for work done under this contract and assist the project officer in preparing a protocol for peer review and approval by the NIOSH Human Subjects Review Board.
