U.S. Army Europe, Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center in support of U.S. Army European Command intends to acquire the following supplies and services: Continual maintenance/technical support of HQ USEUCOM's critical radio communication systems. Interested parties are invited to identify themselves and capability to perform which will involve; (1) Evidence of top secret clearances, (2) Evidence of working knowledge of the following systems, (a) Flaming Arrow New -- Europe (FAN-E), (b) Regency Net, (c) Staff Regency Net Information Management System (SRIMS), (d) Single Channel Transponder System (SCTS), (e) MILSTAR, and (3) Resumes to show experience in the analysis, design and management of communications systems utilizing SATCOM, airborne and land-based technolgies across the low frequency to extra high frequency spectrum. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No contract awardwill be made on the basis of proposals received in response to this notice.
