The study is being conducted by the USDA Forest Service, Research Branch. The study sites are located on several National Forests in California. A map of sites will be provided to interested bidders. The estimated start date is June 15, 1999 with contract time extending until approximately December 31, 2000. The Request for Proposal will require submission of both a technical and a price proposal.
