The CBD submission No. 329411 dated May 10, 1999 are modified to
include specific area of services for RFP 200-0492-NE as follows:
Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for substance
abuse treatment for male and female Federal offenders in Brooklyn, New
York (Line Item #1), New York City, New York (Line Item #2), and
Bronx, New York (Line Item #3) areas, held under the authority of
various United States Statutes. Line Item #1-Brooklyn, NY shall include
services for 112 inmates; Line Item #2-New York City, NY shall include
services for 84 inmates; and Line Item #3-Bronx, NY shall include
services for 84 inmates. Services for each Line Item shall include the
following: intake assessment (one per inmate); individual counseling
(32 half-hour sessions per inmate); group counseling (48 half-hour
sessions per inmate); and family counseling (2 half-hour sessions per
inmate). Those interested shall give written notification (including
telephone number and point of contact) to the Contracting Officer
listed in this notice. No telephone calls for solicitations will be
